Pros

There's some good, smart, decent people you might find working with.

Cons

It's a company built on burn out culture, hence they predatory recruit recent grads with basically minimum wage offers, overall pay is the lowest in their fields compared to competitors. Taking time off feels extremely discouraged. Any career movement or development feels nonexistent, but you realize eventually this is a place you fail upwards, but overall you feel you it's just a dead end job. For a "tech" company, a lot of the tech is outdated, poorly implemented, and an extremely sorely lacking infrastructure cohesiveness.

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
