      Pros

      There is pretty good flexibility as far as time off and work location etc. go. You will be promoted every year in the beginning so long as your performance isn't awful.

      Cons

      The pay is low compared to competitors. Almost everyone works overtime and is burnt out and management doesn't know how to help with that. People play favorites.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
