Largest global LSP so the name goes a long way in terms of prospecting — majority of people are familiar with the company.
Cons
Compensation structuring is like a pyramid scheme. It’s almost as if the more you work the less you get paid for it. Company culture has spiraled. “Burn and churn” when it comes to employees. Benefits are extremely weak (bare minimum). Management leads with a stick rather than a carrot.
