Very easy to make an impact, a good idea is a good idea regardless of who came up with it. Senior management are available and always open to suggestions. People in general are very approachable A great work life balance.

Pros

Joined and company got acquired. There is no vision of the company and people just want to make fool of others. There is no team work here all they want is hire their own people and push out people who were hired before the big guyz of the company. Within a year CFO, CEO all resigned and this tells you what a crappy org this is.
