We try to show our employees how much we appreciate them by paying them adequately, the BRAVO recognition program in place and celebrating Employee Appreciation week in the month of June. We are always welcoming new ideas to approach this. As far as offering free online trainings to all employees – this is true. Some are free and some may be provided at a cost. If the training does incur a fee, the manager will have to approve this training. Due to allotted budgets in each department, I would encourage you to look into the free trainings as a first option.
