Poor Strategic Direction - Anonymous employee Transamerica Employee Review

Our organization is moving through a transformation which has meant difficult decisions being made on what products we will focus on. Unfortunately that has meant leaving some markets and this has affected some employees. The decisions have been made with an eye toward building a strong, flexible business that will be better positioned to service our customers. As the business transforms, we will experience peaks and valleys in morale and culture but both aspects are very important to us.
