Pros
it pays well. The experience looks good on a resume. One can get a feel for what it's like to work in the financial industry.
Cons
The company has trainers whose full-time job is to teach new hires. It seems that the company hires and fires new people on a continuous basis without giving them a chance to learn or improve on the job. The bilingual agent who arranged an interview for me at this company asked me not to mention to anyone where I was interviewing. This was most likely because a lot of people go through hiring and firing process, and the word about the company spreads. I had one week to call shadow and one week of training, after which I started answering clients' inquiries. I was laid off during my third week on the phone. I was not given a valid reason for the termination of my employment, neither was I given any useful feedback while I was working there.
