Pros
As my first Insurance job, I learned SO much and am truly grateful for my time with this Transamerica location. My whole team was supportive and eager to help. Truly like a family and I still keep in touch with everyone. TECH SUPPORT was FABULOUS!! Always there to help!
Cons
This is definitely a full time plus career. As a mom of a young child, I opted to go independent during covid due to mandatory home schooling. Learning to adjust to selling from home vs face to face was a challenging adjustment. Also concerning was the turnover of different regional transitions during this phase.
