Pros
- 2 days office, 3 days home - great colleagues - great contract (please keep in mind its my first contract and im a junior) - lot's of parking spaces and easily reachable by public transport. - great
Cons
- would need some big IT investments as some items are really old. (good thing is they are working on it - lots of external people, which makes switches in teams a lot more common. new faces every so months.
