      Pros

      Up until all the respectable employees/ managers quit, it was a great environment to work in.

      Cons

      The owner Tunde is disrespectful, highly unprofessional and treats you like a slave. This is not a hourly position. And you will be doing D2D sales. The work environment is depressing, frustrating, and very Unprofessional. You will also work long hours without over time.

      Pros

      I Became very good at sales learned a lot from leadership and Tunde He was very hard on me and the team and help me mold myself into the business professional I am today. I also loved the competition between leaders to produce the most applications per day and week.

      Cons

      I lived in Murrieta at the time and was working long hour days, I starting to fall asleep while I was driving home after breaking down my day and joining leadership meetings at the end of the day and other issues I had while out in the field which resulted to my departure from the company . I still wish I completed the management training program !! but I used the knowledge I learned to Earn a 6 Figure income by the age of 21.

      Pros

      Working at Transcendance Inc has been a great experience. I am grateful to be a part of their Management Training Program. I have been able to develop my Leadership skills and learn a lot. It's not a regular job where I constantly have to keep looking at the time to go home. I love how there is no seniority and my hard work is always recognized. It is a fast pace environment with a lot of opportunity for growth, which is exciting. I always look forward to the next day.

      Cons

      You must be willing to step out of your comfort zone because that is the only way you will find growth. The Management Training Program will challenge you, only to get better
