      Pros

      Great company culture, wonderful teamwork and enjoyed my time with Transcendia. My job was reduced or replaced with a hybrid position serving as a support role with the new BI tools coming out everyday.

      Cons

      Lots of people in management, needing more resources to work with to accomplish tasks.
