      Pros

      They lease very new trucks from Penske for dedicated fleets. They always pay accurately and on time. Corporate culture is friendly and welcoming of driver input.

      Cons

      First year PTO accrues very slowly. Max PTO allowed first year is less than state minimum for sick pay in some states. Bereavement leave is unpaid. PTO must be used for just about any other absence, they automatically take it from you.

      Assigned to one truck, no slip seat

      Cons

      Consistently have mechanical issues with trucks, poor communication from management, inconsistent schedule, underpaid, forced to move by hand, pallets of rock, barely able to move.
