For a 30 year old company to continue reevaluating how things are done is commendable. The only negative is that when you attempt new approaches, there will be missteps. Trial and error does include "errors." Not everything will always work and not every approach meets every employee's needs. But even this "con" must be seen through a positive lens. Would you rather work for a place that lives by the mantra "We never did it that way before" and kills ideas at the start?
