Pros

Co-workers are friendly, helpful. Nice modern building, inside and out. Pay is okay.

Cons

A not-for-profit run on marketing rather than actual value. Lack of communication among various departments, no managerial oversight in some, and general discord because of the constant "scapegoating" in those departments. The same people calling in and no plan to correct the behavior; favoritism. *Look at a business journal to see how many Health Services Directors have gone through the place in the last four years

Pros

TA is an organization that serves the elite. The upper management is all WHITE MEN. There is no room for advancement. The staff all feel the same. We are just hanging by a thread, hoping for something to change for the better. Most employees are paid very low wages while upper management is rolling in the dough. Leadership has even asked it's employees to pitch in for their own sake - for a special fund -to help employees out of harsh monetary situations. Here is an idea - just pay your employees what they are worth. So that they could have a savings to turn to when things get rough. It's interesting that the Leadership is asking it's own employees that are already paid low wages already to - give money BACK TO TA. The nerve!

Cons

Cons are being mistreated everyday by power hungry monsters disguised as Leaders.
