-Jobs available (head office) would be a great if you are looking for something more short/mid term to gain experience -Responsibilities and expectations for jobs have been greatly watered down, so it may not take much to leave a positive impression through your work.

-Pay under market (head office positions) -Benefits below average -Old/dated financial systems with no willingness to change or improve -Poor management communication skills -Everything driven by US parent, little to no authority to execute process improvements
