- The dispatchers are very helpful in getting whatever drivers need. - The owners encourage excellence and great customer service. - The clients really appreciate the service - Good processes, including training and coaching. - Good technology on board each bus.
Cons
- One must love driving to continue long-term in this job. - It can be hard to get to know other drivers/co-workers with the nature of being scattered all day.
