Can be tough providing end of life care to patients, have to work some holidays/ weekends

Lots of resources, easy access to providers.

Very disorganized onboarding, was driving over an hour away from home for field training. Manager never available which made communication about issues or questions unclear and confusing. Their expectations for staff in the field is very different from most companies, they do not allow any autonomy at all. Pay is lower than other agencies in the area
