Pros

Co-workers are very nice and as the average age in the company is under 30 it is a very social office.

Cons

The company does not value or appreciate its employees. There is no support from management, if your workload is high you will most likely be told to deal with it. There are often cases of people being belittled and/or shamed by senior members of staff in front of others. The working hours are very long so there is no work-life balance. There is no HR department so any complaints will not be dealt with impartially or even dealt with at all. There is an astounding lack of professionalism, senior members of staff are known to stroll into the office well after 10:00am every day, take long breaks and leave on time whilst the rest of the team works 10-11 hour days. There is no emphasis on quality, the company just wants to turnaround as many projects as possible. If you are the kind of person who likes to ensure quality in your work stay away!

Cons

New York office has a small amount of workers where the majority of the company's employees are in Europe.

Pros

Everyone is young, smart, and a pleasure to be around. The entire production team is at least bilingual and often tri or quadrilingual. Upper management in New York is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

There was a recent restructuring that many people are unhappy about, and since the US side of things are small there is little room for growth.
