I made significant commitments for this contract — I relocated to Georgia, rented housing, and registered as a sole proprietor — because it was presented as a long-term cooperation. In reality, it turned out to be an empty promise. The founders lack a clear strategy and constantly shift direction. As a result, part of my role’s responsibilities were cancelled, while unrelated tasks that were never discussed initially were handed over to me. Despite providing daily updates, there was no transparent feedback. Real blockers in the work were ignored, while minor tasks required days of approvals. I was suddenly cut off from internal systems without any chance to even say goodbye to the team. For a company that calls itself “transparent,” what I actually saw was chaos, lack of integrity, and complete disregard for professionals.
