No growth opportunity. Low pay, long hours, heavy work load with no understanding of that work load at the executive level. Wage stagnancy even if you have standout performance - new hires are paid the same coming in & just starting out. They do not invest their money in their people. "Boys club" - no room for advancement. Dedication and loyalty will not be rewarded. Unfair / biased yearly reviews - not based on your work ethic & achievements, but is number driven and supervisors are discouraged from giving "5's" even if they are earned. High turnover rate.
