Micromanagement, tons of turnover, misalignment with goals and direction

Rich data availability. Can get good understanding of BFSI ecosystem in 1-2 years.

Lack of growth. Current leadership is too focused on making money which leads to very high pressure and unrealistic expectations. Leadership does not listen to employees or even member’s feedback which is causing organisation to a downfall over last 1.5 years
