      Some people would say being in-office daily is a con, however I find it to be a pro. The owner sits on-site daily which some might find to be intimidating, I find it motivating.

      Upper management has clear goals and is very transparent. Company has a fantastic culture with proper morals.

      Pros

      The work can be really interesting (I worked at their production facility).

      Cons

      The management was in transition at my time of employment and that made things very unstable and anxiety inducing. It was a really rough time.
