Horrible management by a group of women who are not good leaders. It's a case of promotion due to tenure. Clique-ish environment. Unfairness. Nepotism. A controller who sits in her office all day and has no clue what is going on with her employees. Not enough employees and managers to handle workload creates stress with managers. No complete training.
