      The office building was decent.

      Cons

      Management at the Director level and above really needs some work. The majority of senior management operate on old ideas, failing to recognize new talent and provide opportunities for growth.

      Pros

      They are good with allowing time off for appointments with a minimum of 3 day notice.

      Cons

      No camaraderie amongst peers. Besides reading emails and alerts on what and what not to do, you are basically just working.
