      Trantor offers an excellent work culture where learning never stops. The leadership team is approachable, and colleagues are always ready to help. Work-life balance is great, and the projects are challenging yet rewarding.

      Pros

      Good environment to learn new technologies. Staff is supportive.

      Cons

      Most of people want to leave Trantor before confirmation (i.e. 6 Month), because after that, they have to serve 3 months notice period. You have to serve the notice period for 3 months in order to take relieving letter (No other option is available) On the name of the Increment they give chiller to the employees & this is the main reason people don't want to join the company or want to switch. Iteration rate is high due to notice period & increments.
