Terrible place - Anonymous employee TrapX Security Employee Review

Incompetent management, low salary. The employees are treated as a work force without a life, expected to give way more than they should compared to what they get. Non existent benefits. People are not happy. There is an extremely high turnover (over 50% per year). People are mistreated, technology is unstable, unprofessional, and not fully functioning. Employees get fired for personal reasons without prior warning. Revenue is small, the company doesn't seem like it has where to grow. Professionally, tech is old, and no place to improve on a career.
