      Pros

      Multiple legacy software products and teams in a close-knit office environment. Some really great people. Quite reasonable management, nothing really unexpected, fairly sedate development environment. I liked it there, still keep in touch with a number of Trapeze staff.

      Cons

      High turnover and large legacy systems.

      Pros

      Generous pay structure, including bonuses and commission. I was not with the company long enough to receive bonuses.

      Cons

      Zero training. I came into this role brand new to the industry and wasn’t given any parameters to operate within. Everything was up to me on how I operated, but with no experience in the industry I didn’t know what to do.
