Pros
Aside from being paid, NONE.
Cons
Corvanta Management is grossly ill qualified and inexperienced at running a private enterprise. They refuse to make pivotal decisions required to support development of the business and offload their responsibilities (and failures to perform) to those below them. Whilst they preach culture change and business process and support improvement, it invariably does not happen. Key resources are overworked with little to no support. Knowledge experts are often also overworked and unavailable to assist with management's response being "you will need to manage on your own". For the first time in my life I am in therapy to deal with the severe negative mental health impact experienced as a direct result of working with my manager and the general manager.
