Company at prime location. No other pro..

Cons

- company owner is not sitting in main office. So HO run by some un professional people who are playing full politics to save their job, because they dont know any thing. - If you are good in chamchagiri then only join. - in week end also you have to go office. You have to seat late night because senior came late daily. - worst apprisal process - All below positive reviews mentioned by HR and senior people only because they have no other work to do. - HR is like puppet because they have no control or any decision power. - senior chamcha working here for trvel abroad for company atleast twice in year and they are not able to understand basic concept. - No career growth and personal life here. If you late 10 min. then your manager start torchering and deduct salary. - HR not able to find any replacement after 4-5 month also. - Better to find other option rather then spoiling your career in such worst company. - Senior always torchering you, if you join and surely you have to leave within a year else you know better concept then seniors. So they have created their dependencies. - They are taking consulting services from outside because they are not aware and upgrad themselves even here 20+ years experience people.

they are very strict about leaves on festival. so much politics in management. your leaves can be cancelled sudden and asked to come on holiday as well.

No Pros, This company doesn't have any HR team, They are recruiters not HRs. Bad leave policy, pathetic work culture.

Cons

No Cons at all, This company has to improve their policy to become more employee centric.
