Maybe I just have a bad manager? But there is a ton of micromanagement. It's like they created a fully distributed and remote environment, but don't trust anyone to work remotely. It's ironic. At first I thought it was just me or my manager, but after speaking with many teammates it's a company wide culture. Boogie (The CEO) has even said he prefers all of us to be in the office, what? Why would you become the CEO of a company that is fully remote then.
Customers are never happy. High turnover rate. Always outages and bug fixes required.
Zero career growth opportunities. They also make it clear that you can lose your job at any minute.
Benefits are hot garbage. But that's to be expected for a company this small. They offer HSA match, 401K match, dental, vision and health, pay makes up for the benefits cost though.
