      Interesting job, plenty of responsibility and creativity

      Poor pay, no recognition for hard work, stressful, expected to work overtime with no compensation for it.

      Very Few and Far Between

      Cons

      - Atrocious pay, which was fixed with no overtime, although overtime was expected and required to complete work. Exceptionally long hours, even if you were being paid correctly (You were averaging 12 hour shifts) - Management were a joke. You weren't respected as either a human, or a staff member.
