Pros

Work from home is the only benefit

Cons

Limited growth opportunities for employees with domain expertise. Operations and product teams often resist internal talent development, favoring external hires over promoting from within. The company lacks a clear and consistent roadmap, frequently deviating from plans and showing no focus on long-term goals. Despite positioning itself as an IT company, it operates with a traditional operations mentality, avoiding true agile practices. Major releases prioritize defect fixes and patch updates rather than delivering impactful new features or innovations. No structured or transparent salary hikes , while a few at higher grades and sales receive annual raises, others may wait 2-3 years without any increase, creating frustration and inequity. These issues significantly impact employee satisfaction and professional growth.

Pros

I did not experience any meaningful positives during my time there.

Cons

Extremely chaotic and unstable work environment. There is no job security — people are hired and fired frequently. The core team manager openly talks about firing people and even mentions it in meetings, which creates a very toxic atmosphere. There is almost no management or structure. The core team badly lacks leadership and planning. Everyone is treated at the same level, so there is no real growth or career progression. Senior developers randomly work on things without following proper software development practices. Meetings are stressful and discouraging. You are often spoken to harshly instead of being guided or supported. Colleagues are not supportive, and teamwork is very poor. There is no proper knowledge transfer or onboarding. You are expected to perform from day one, and if you don’t, you are continuously pressured and targeted. Attrition is very high, mainly due to the behavior and attitude of the core team.
