Good Co-workers, Not so Good Leaders - Electronics Technician Trayer Engineering Employee Review

I believe we had 3 CEOs come and go within 4 years. The turnaround for employment was pretty bad. There were some great employees with lots of protentional, but got stuck in one area. This would happen even with a promise of cross training in different areas within your specific job title. In summary, there is almost not career potential or moving up, unless someone higher up leaves.
