Pros
Many employees are great to work alongside, and some managers stand out as particularly positive and helpful.
Cons
This company has gone downhill fast, largely due to how HR operates. If you’re an average employee, raising issues can put your job at risk. At the same time, people who are clearly favoured by management face little to no consequences - even when they behave inappropriately or unprofessionally in positions of authority.
Leadership often comes across as completely out of touch, openly talking about high earnings in front of staff who are struggling financially. Job security feels arbitrary and depends more on who you know than on performance or clear policies. Complaints are ignored unless you’re in the right circle. A workplace without trust in HR isn’t just dysfunctional - it’s miserable for everyone involved.
I wouldn’t recommend working here as things stand. I’ve suggested this company to people in the past and would never do so again.
