      This company is all about chasing stockholder's and making the bottom line look good. Senior leadership sweats assets, does not invest in its employees or plants, and micro manages the business . Based on what I saw, it is a shell game all designed to line the pockets of those in Oak Brook.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
