      Pros

      Company operates in a growing space. Lots of opportunity to develop new ideas that can grow the business. Values driven organization with very solid benefits.

      Cons

      Company changed for the worse when former President left in 2016. He articulated clear vision for the company thus empowering employees to act independently and expediently toward a well defined end game. After his departure CEOs convoluted presentations confused leaders and slowed decision making dramatically. Business has struggled ever since. Stock price has plunged to 6 year low and employees no longer feel they can advance in the organization.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
