Treehouse Management has allowed me to restart, develop my professional life, challenge my capacities and encourage me to keep growing. I've been able to put into practice my skills without been scared to be judged. As a "Latina" woman and mom, I feel blessed to be within such a fantastic inclusive, diverse, and work-life balance environment. As a difference from other organizations I've worked in, Treehouse takes pride in helping others and searching for ways to improve our world into a better and healthier place.
Cons
Like many small companies, members need to be willing and able to tackle a broad range of tasks instead of just specific responsibilities. This can be challenging for members that don't like to be taken out of their comfort zones.
