Miscommunications cause occasional stress and tension

All individuals present at the Philadelphia location were great to work with. Managers were friendly and understanding given you did the job as required, and the culture among co-workers was pleasant and supportive. It's important to also highlight the training as much of the position required using niche at heights. This training was excellent, there was keen detail and strict discipline in who they allowed to work these positions. (ensuring no employee would be preforming in these positions without proper training) Overall, I had an excellent experience that I enjoy looking back upon.

Where as I was not involved at the management level, there seemed to be a lack of communication at the park management level and management overseeing multiple parks. Where as this caused minor issues in day-to-day operations, It seemed to cause issues that lead to relatively high turnover rates that could be avoided.
