To be honest I did not find any pros.no hr is there so it's obvious about what kind of policies will be there
Cons
Working for client for less pay roll and I also stay there for more than 2 years but there was no hike at all only false promises. technology wise there is nothing to learn that follows industry wide practices.weekends you need to work and most of the promises are done to lure a employee.most of the reviews are done from the employees who are either relatives or by themselves
