Shoots blindly when making decisions Sales have declined or not met expectations across the world for trek and their is no true plan, upper management just fires store managers and hopes changing things will work If you question why you are being asked to take on roles from another position you are treated as if this is a bad thing to think. If you are hired expect to just fill whatever roles the store needs not just whatever your title is. They are looking for a person who is happy doing someone else's work without compensation. Heard story after story of sales and service staff filling in for managers or far exceeding their job's task. Compensation and employees money not treated seriously enough either,
