No work life balance- You will be expected to work from 9:00 AM to 2-3:00 AM morning. You will be required to work on weekends too without asking any questions. No proper orientation- You will start working from day 1 without any proper KT Toxic work culture- You will spend more time defending yourself from false blames and accusations than actually working. Office politics is at its worst. Top Management will treat you like slaves, you will be shouted and humiliated publically even when you are not at fault. People use slang language during meeting often specially super seniors. HR- HR team is good for nothing, almost 90% people have already left the organisation, attrition is extremely high. HR will frame you for false accusation in order to save salary money for notice period. Founders oftentimes lose their calm and shout and get aggressive.
