Pros
With a new management team in place there are long overdue changes taking place. There is a culture shift happening and it can be uncomfortable at times but those who see the big picture are excited for the changes. Everyone is held accountable for their actions and recognized for their hard work and efforts.
Cons
Work days can be a bit long when sales are high and demand requires OT
