Pros
Some of the bottom-tier management, and most of the few remaining technology workers, are a pleasure to work with. They're the onlyreason this is getting 2-stars.
Cons
Pretty much everyone with a title of Senior Director or above are liars, voluntarily ignorant and/or apathetic and often all three simultaneously. No incentive bonuses. No real merit increases. No technical career advancement. No technical replacement. The only roles recycled and refilled are executives. Continuous loss of customer base, disenfranchised by lack of innovation and support.
