Great place to develop your skills, clean and well ran shop

None that I can think of

Great learning experience, much to do and learn. Staff was great. Cold in winter hot in summer. Large company with many people a bit disorganized at times but genrally not so bad. Equipment is good and machines are not bad. Great welding machines cranes, and other tools used to do the job.

Very hard work, demanding very very fast pace and tight deadlines. Lots of running around and hard labor. Pay is unfair to people some make good money while others doing the same job make poor money. Hard to work with people with seniority who seems to get away with anything while others work hard like crazy. Many complaints about pay or raises from people.
