Pros
Tremendous does an exceptional job of balancing collaboration and independent work.
The company is still small enough that you can know who is who, build connections, and feel part of a team that is all working towards the same goal. Despite being remote (which is my preference), I do not feel like I'm missing anything or on an island.
Along with that, they operate in a low meeting culture, which to me shows respect for people's time. It also signals that they don't want to do things just to do them, but instead want to focus on impact and making the best use of everyone's time. They aren't anti-meeting but understand that conversations can sometimes be more productive async than live. That said, anytime I've needed to chat with someone live it has been warmly welcomed.
Management and Leadership are humble, clearly care about their teams, and are in the know. They give their employees space to do their work while also being there to support if needed.
Cons
No cons - it is truly a great place to work if you like being remote, working collaboratively, appreciate autonomy, and enjoy the start-up life.
