Great place to build a career in the banking IT sector. I joined through the CAP program and liked the practical approach. The trainers were supportive and addressed doubts. I got exposure to specialized banking products and was placed on a project where I could apply what I had learned and gain real industry experience.

Freshers need to invest extra effort initially to become comfortable with banking systems and enterprise applications.

They have given career to many fresh graduates in the banking sector While they want to leave company they create trouble and fight but company always been good and supporter every individual But few of them betrayed very badly still they stood strong and bounced back very well with and doing really good now. It’s my personal experience with the company they have given career to many but most of the people don’t show that gratitude. Knowing KK personally he always been good to his employees
