Pros
Work/life balance. Most people leave right at 5pm and don't have to take the work home with them. I would have to say this was the ONLY pro.
Cons
There are several significant drawbacks to working at this company. First and foremost, the leadership is a serious concern. The founder and CEO is by far the most challenging leader I've ever encountered in my career. Her management style is erratic; she frequently erupts into anger over minor issues with orders, creating unnecessary drama and chaos. Despite her claims of being open to employee feedback, her actions suggest otherwise—her approach is more autocratic than collaborative, and she appears to mistrust and undermine her team. Additionally, there's a troubling level of micromanagement; she monitors every aspect of what you do, including the items you print. My recommendation is straightforward: if you're seeking a place where your skills will be valued and utilized effectively, this is not the right environment. The company is heavily influenced by a small inner circle of friends who were hired more for their personal connections than for their contributions to the business.
