      Culture is good everyone is approachable and friendly even outside the country. Benefits 15 SL 15VL. Profit share depends on the sales review. No micromanagement. Employee recognition

      Cons

      Skill set or product/work are added frequently but no salary adjustments. On the last 3-4 years of my stay 1 salary adjustment happened while new hire is getting annual salary increase. Manager discretion will decide regarding salary adjustment.

      Incredibly talented colleagues Fast-paced with endless opportunities to learn up and coming technologies

      Cons

      Extremely cliquey. Inexperienced director level managers. Lack of clear guidance from leadership on company goals/priorities. Non-existent onboarding. No defined personal KPIs or 3-6-12 month in-role wins/expectations. Messy. Just plain messy.
