      My leader is good, but she got laid off.

      Cons

      Your value depends on your department rather than your effort. You will be replaced with a low-paid overseas employee—no matter how exquisite the project is, as long as they need to cut costs, you and your project will be handed over to someone else who doesn’t care about it.

      Incredibly talented colleagues Fast-paced with endless opportunities to learn up and coming technologies

      Cons

      Extremely cliquey. Inexperienced director level managers. Lack of clear guidance from leadership on company goals/priorities. Non-existent onboarding. No defined personal KPIs or 3-6-12 month in-role wins/expectations. Messy. Just plain messy.
