The company is a complete illusion. It loves to say it's an "agency of preference" to position itself as innovative. In reality, it's a mediocre flow agency. Processes are nonexistent. Employees juggle a dozen different softwares. Despite being remote, there's a virtual office, which is used to keep tabs on people. Raises are insulting, typically 1-3 percent. Instead, expect an inflated title. Critical thinking is punished. Turnover is insane. The culture is toxic and sterile.
